MSVCR100.dll is missing

Hello! I'm very new to this game, and I already love it. Anyways, I am a server hoster for a few communities, and I'm trying to expand into this game, hopefully I can bring in a lot of new members to this community, but I have been having difficulty. I run a PowerEdge R610 running Windows server R2 2008. I'm attempting to setup multiple servers for this game, and I keep getting the error "MSVCR100.dll is missing" Does anyone know what causes this, or how I can fix it?

You need to install "Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010 Redistributable Package". You can download it directly from Microsoft

I think this is because the version of curl I bundle with the game needs it. I've been meaning to replace it with a mingw build.
