Mac OSX: Unable to install "dyld: Library not loaded"

Hi all! First off love your game. I'm trying to get it to run on my son's Mac.

When running the game the first time, the game begins by downloading resources as expected. It appears to finish, and then crashes with the following:

dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/webp.framework/Versions/A/webp
Referenced from: /Users/username/Desktop/redeclipse.app/Contents/Resources/bin/redeclipse.app/Contents/MacOS/../Frameworks/SDL_image.framework/Versions/A/SDL_image
Reason: no suitable image found. Did find:

Red Eclipse requires OS X 10.6 or later, sorry. This is because Apple changes/breaks the API compatibility every new OS release, forcing us to drop support for older systems. Future versions may require at least OS X 10.8 due to changes in the OpenGL layers. (You might be able to find an SDL framework compatible with your system, but it may not work).
