Yeah, it is likely a problem with your integrated Intel graphics drivers. If you can track down the support site for your motherboard or the like, you might be able to find an updated driver to use. It's really hard to support this hardware because it is all inconsistent; it either works or it doesn't. I know this probably isn't the answer you are hoping for, and I apologise I can't do more to fix the issue. Perhaps it's a good incentive to add a nicer GPU to your new computer, there are some relatively inexpensive options which outclass the integrated graphics you're using now.
