Account Pass Expire?

After not playing for a year or so, I come back to the game, put my auth key in and it says that I typed it wrong, after checking it over 3 times, the master server still says I've input it wrong. Is it possible that accounts expire over time when not used?

we only allow 1 account at a time, and according to logs you requested a new account recently on the 15th of November. this was player handle "nix" and email "ca*********@gmail.com"
any older accounts were deleted at that time. if you're not able to log in with the new account, fill out the form again and i'll try to expedite it.

I never requested a new handle nor have I been on the forums during November. I'll try to put in a request for a new account, thanks
