Looking at the specs for your laptop, it seems you only have an Intel HD Graphics chipset available for video rendering. Please be advised that due to poor support from Intel for their graphics accelerators, this is often hit or miss in open source projects like Red Eclipse. With the recent removal of the the software rendering pipeline, it seems Intel cards are unable to handle the shaders used by the game and unfortunately there isn't really any way to fix this due to how buggy the Intel drivers are. I understand this is disappointing, and all we can suggest is either trying different driver versions in the hopes of finding one that works, or use an earlier version of Red Eclipse (v1.5.2 seems to still have players and still has software rendering).
