[Bug] 2 bugs: pickup items vanishing, instant reloading

1bug. We (Laggy, zaquest and jfault) tried to make this bug with grenade, mine and rocket on ctf map. It worked only for zaquest and me.

2bug. This is also on ctf. (I thought was old bug from 1.4 but maybe i was wrong? ).

First bug is easier to repeat online. There're some variations to it: if you have 2 grenades it can decrease to one and on the next attempt back to 2, or when offline it works only when you reach 0 bullets on rifle.

When second bug appears it just shows you that your gun is full, but you dont actually have these bullets so when you shoot your opponent doesnt see shots and gets no damage.
