Idea for new Main Game Mode [Apocalyse]

Somebody will remember to the old Single Player Survival Mode from an earlier Version of RE.
So what do you think about an apocalypse mode, like an zombie mode in several other games already exist?
The drone Model e.g. the old grunt Model can be an zombie called immortui for undead or something like that.
The Game Mode will be One Party against the other. Immortui vs. Player (Team Colour Lila).
The Immortui will come with out any shoot weapons and not able to Jump, Kick, Fly, Impulse e.g. they only can run and climb. They will get 15% of normal Live Points and can only fight.
So to hold the balance between player and immortui it will be necessary to set vars one Player vs 20 bots as Immortui minimum.
Some of the actual game Subgamemods can be used in this game mode too like hold Base, Survivor, Race (It means to get from one point to exit without dead one time), ctf (only Immortui has a flag the players must capture), insta maybe, medival, boomber ect.
I think this mode will great for coop planing online what I missed by the different single player mode.
What do you think about? Do you miss an apocalypse mode in RE or do you like to have one?

This isn't going to work, at all.
Just look at Revelade Revolution. It had all of these elements, but it didn't work .
But on Red Eclipse itself, players will have no kind of problem to escape from the enemies, after all, they can't climb walls properly.
Get on top of a plattform, gg.
Also, they can't hit with the punches most of the time (from my past experiments), so...
Ex Iron fist level designer/ Ex Revelade Revolution level designer, 3d/2d artist, and still trying to figure out sound design...

what you've described is easy enough to set up with custom vars on a server, even without or with minimal source changes. if you want to try it out on a server go ahead, maybe it will gain popularity that way

Yes, there's a quite a few differences in the current development version.
Actually, I once documented some of the new options on the wiki, http://redeclipse.net/wiki/Bots, however, this is already outdated again. Aipassive has been replaced, and the *abilities variable also control which targets can be attacked and which firemodes are available. But the in-game documentation (vars menu and console tips) should cover all needed instructions.
If you want to stick with melee as a weapon for the bots, you will also need to adjust the "weapon" variables. Fist attacks will often fail to hit with the default settings, and the "weapon" is not really used in game.
