[Wazu] Server: Rabid Weapon Vars

Current(ish) vars for the Wazu server that are being played and tested, I was encouraged(hunted down with a double barreled sawed off shotgun) by Wazubaba to create a new topic for this and I like to consider it as a team effort, feedback is welcome! bear in mind these vars are constantly changing, so check back in frequently and we'll update significant changes here as soon as possible...
