Sharp, Crisp Detail Shader

- I had trouble capturing the difference in an image, it's much more noticeable when you're moving past geometry or players; notice the details on the left shoulder, and how the players on the other jumppad are more noticeable than the ones to the right

- with bloom 0.2 for both sides. Notice how the blue side is easier to see than the red side. I stumbled on the shader while trying to make an auto-brightness shader, so it has a neat function of darkening overbright maps and making darker ones more visible; though that might have nothing to do with brightness and just be confirmation bias

Edit: He ended up doing it himself, so this is now included in SVN.
