What exactly has to be done? I found a diffuse and a mask texture in the old forum, but no normals texture.
I guess the rig is finished and the animations have to be done, right?

I have problems with exporting the animations to iqm.
With the de-rigify option enabled the animations are not saved, but without the de-rigify option the arms just look like pretzels.

Are you exporting the animations seperately or as part of the rig? I am not sure how well the seperate animation part of .iqm works as both Sauerbraten and Xonotic seem to use the animation included way. Maybe a bug in the exporter?
