Does gamebeginpaused actually pause the game, or does it only prevent the game state from advancing? Just asking because during clan wars, sv_gamepaused turned out to be so problematic that we instead opted to set the game speed to 1% as a workaround.

Hmm, so AFAIK we still use the normal Red Eclipse clients, right? I don't want to download a modded Red Eclipse client just for this!
