The name of teamhurthud implies it showing a warning upon hurting teammates or not.

Note the fact that there are two red warning symbols with teamhurthud enabled, and one with it disabled. It would seem more logical for there to be one warning symbol with teamhurthud enabled, and none with it disabled.

The original idea was that one could select between the old, the new, or both. makes "teamhurthud" more consistent with this. (bitwise: 1 = full body particle, 2 = fixed size hud draw)
