[maps] LCD,Macrophage,Severs

Here's some maps that I have made.

LCD is intended for sniping, offering open spaces and cover in the middle.

Macrophage is duel/gladiator focused map.

Severs is bigger and intended for team games.

Nice! I'll try & play the maps. From the pictures, I like LCD the most, since it actually gives a spooky feeling.

I went and looked at the maps in edit mode. Some observations:

  • The layouts of all three maps are pretty good, much better than my early maps (and arguably my current ones)
  • Macrophage's particles look really nice, and the rotating base signs are pretty cool
  • +1 for orienting your player spawns correctly
  • Severs is nicely lit and has a nice ambiance
  • "Severs" autocorrects to "servers" in my mind, I thought it was a typo at first ;)
  • Severs is also a confusing map to navigate, and it's hard to tell what side of the map or what base you're near. It's nice for FFA but not so much for CTF or BB
  • The first two maps are packaged nicely to allow for usage without unzipping; for some reason, you packed LCD in a .rar instead of a .zip
  • There's not very many textures, and most of them are tiles. Many people, and especially Quin, are tired of heavily tiled maps.

  • Macrophage's stairs are 1:1 in steepness, which is annoying to parkour on. If possible, use 2:1 or 3:2 stairs which are a bit shallower (I know it's gonna be hard with the layout you have)

The maps are really solid overall though, nice job.

I like your maps, they have personality and offer a nice gameplay. ;-)
Severs is very entertaining and the possibility to place underwater landmines offers great possibilities. Adding extra details can be a good idea.
Macrophage appears incomplete and experimental, but it can be a nice base for other maps.
LCD is very cute and somewhat familiar, it just works well with that pink & "cute" color palette.
