Civilian mutator

New idea for a global game mutator, civilian(s).

Works a bit like onslaught, which spawns a bunch of grunts, civilian would cause grunts to spawn. However, these grunts would be passive, they'd probably walk rather than run and there would be less of them. Players who kill these grunts would lose points, rather than gain.

I think about this sometimes when mapping, like random "people/civilians/guards" running around in Eternal 2 outside the cage, watching the glad match occur, walking around in Center etc etc.
It's a good idea, can make matches more alive, but then there could be some performance issues because of the larger A.I. around the levels.
Ex Iron fist level designer/ Ex Revelade Revolution level designer, 3d/2d artist, and still trying to figure out sound design...
